The Early Years...  

Like many of you, Tony has had the fortunate experience of living in the Golden State of California.  He is a California native originally from the greater L.A. area, and has been in the San Francisco East Bay area since the mid ‘70's.

Contra Costa county has many fine schools.  Tony's "golden rule" days were spent in Lafayette, where he was the student-body president of Lafayette Elementary. He was then student-body class treasurer during his middle school years at Saint Perpetua's. Tony enjoyed the experience of Acalanes High and "lettered" consecutive years in Varsity Track & Field.

Tony earned his Bachelor's of Art degree at San Francisco State University in the study of International Relations and was a competitive member of the SFSU Track & Field team.

The Job Years...

Tony, eager to prove him self, hit the ground running after college and landed his first sales position in advertising with McGraw-Hill.  He learned many key concepts of message, branding, market placement that he uses in today's aggressive real estate market.  Tony's next move led him to become fully versed in the Art of the Sale and in Sales Negotiation.  This tough but actually enjoyable work was selling business imaging systems with Lanier Worldwide. Tony moved quickly through the ranks to Senior Sales associate and fondly recalls the professional sales training as being "boot-camp" styled and invaluable.  Head hunters called daily with job opportunities, which eventually led to a job with PDI a small innovative professional services company.  Tony was hired as a contract pharmaceutical sales representative quickly moving his territory sales from near last to 5th in the nation.  He was then promoted to Division Sales Manager leading a team of up to 22 sales representatives across 8 states.  His team worked seamlessly and successfully with their Pfizer counterparts achieving and exceeding goals. 

Now...Broker, REALTOR®, Corporate President...

It is the culmination of all these experience that have carried Tony to create

Tony is experienced in all aspects of residential real estate and has guided buyers and sellers of Single Family residence, Condominiums, Townhouses, Probate, 1031 Exchange in communities across Contra Costa and Alameda County.

Tony has developed many key contacts of Loan Consultants, Title Companies, Home Inspection Services, Pest Inspection Services, Contractors, Insurance Companies Certified Public Accountants, Attorneys and Community Services that can assist your individual needs.

He is also an active and respected member of the: Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®, C.C.A.R. Grievance Committee, Contra Costa REALTORS® In Motion, California Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
